Friends of the Grand Lake Library Geranium Sale

This local event is a fundraiser for the Grand Lake Library. Geraniums are $4, Cosmos are $6.
You can drop off, or mail your payment to the The Grand Lake Library. Deadline is May 7th.
Pick up flowers at Garrity Hall on May 26 from 12p.m.- 3p.m.
Order forms available at the Library, Chapel, Township Hall,
Portage Store, Lighthouses, & Birch Hill.

Grand Lake Association Pancake Breakfast

This event is held annually at the historic Presque Isle Lodge and is open to the public.

Presque Isle Harbor Light Up The Sky 5K

This 5K helps raise money for the Presque Isle Harbor Independence Day Fireworks.
This event is held at the New Presque Isle Lighthouse and begins @ 9:00 a.m.
Check in begins at 7:30 a.m. Entry fee is $20 before May 1st, $25 the day of the event.

The Wooden Boat Show is an annual event held the third Saturday in June at the Presque Isle Harbor Marina.
Events kick off Friday with a participant luncheon, boat cruise, and reception, and continue into Saturday
with the official launch and opening ceremony. Food vendors, arts and crafts, and model boat displays.

The celebration begins at dusk. Grab an ice cream cone at the portage store and watch the fireworks from the marina,
or build a campfire and enjoy the fireworks show from private beaches on Crystal Point. Donations always appreciated.

Grand Lake Fishing Derby

One of the Grand Lake Sportsman's Club's annual fishing derbies. Prizes for the largest yellow perch, walleye and northern pike.
The weigh-in station and tournament headquarters are located at the north end of the lake, in the pavilion near the Grand Lake outlet.
Weigh-in lasts from 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. with food and prizes awarded afterwards.
