Presque Isle Harbor Association
Annual association dues are just $313 per lot, with $156.50 for each additional adjoining lot. Quarterly water fees are $43.25 for lots without a water hookup and $73.75 for lots with water service. A one-time water hookup fee of $40 applies.

Centrally located and open to all members and their guests, the PIHA Clubhouse is the heart of community life. It features:
PIHA Grand Lake Beach House
This private pavilion with a sandy beach, grassy play area, sand volleyball court, and boat launch is also open to all members and guests. Grand Lake is a large 5000+ square acre inland lake with many islands, perfect for water sports, swimming, fishing, boating, and gathering with friends. Other features of the beach house include bathrooms with changing areas and lockers, free use of paddle boats, aquacycles, canoes, and kayaks, barbeques, play equipment, a shaded deck with picnic tables, a swimming area with diving, a platform, a waterslide, and more!
PIHA North Bay Beach House
Located on Presque Isle’s scenic North Bay, this charming facility is ideal for graduation parties, showers, family gatherings, and special events. It is available for rental at $50 per day, along with a $50 refundable deposit. The private North Bay beach is open to all members at no cost.
Other PI Waterfront Parks
Range Light Park, situated on Lake Huron at Presque Isle Harbor, features a spacious sandy beach perfect for relaxing, swimming, watching boats, and enjoying views of the historic 1840 Old Presque Isle Lighthouse.
Lake Esau Park offers a more secluded experience, nestled within a cedar forest along the deeper waters of Lake Esau, providing peaceful surroundings and stunning natural views.
PIHA Campgrounds
Members have access to a private, wooded campground available for daily or yearly use. Daily sites with electric and septic hookups are $17 per day, while annual camping is available for $1,125 per year.
PIHA Crystal Point
This expansive property along Lake Huron’s Crystal Point near Presque Isle Harbor is open to members and guests. The area includes fire pits, a boat launch, scenic hiking trails, and one of the best vantage points for viewing the annual Fourth of July fireworks.
PIHA Common Grounds
Members can enjoy acres of beautifully wooded common areas featuring trails ideal for hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing throughout the year.
