Kyle Taylor first came to Presque Isle in 1997 while visiting family on Grand Lake. He instantly fell in love with the place. He would return frequently over the years, enjoying his summers amongst the beautiful evergreen forests and pristine lakes, and shorelines. Years later, Kyle decided to relocate to Presque Isle to be closer to his family and raise his 2 daughters in a safe, small-town community.
While living in Phoenix, AZ, Kyle attended Mesa Community College, where he achieved his associate's degree in digital imaging and graphic design. These skills would prove useful when, in 2013, Kyle joined Lakeshore Realty and began overseeing the company's photography, web design, and advertising. In 2015, Kyle received his real estate salesperson's license and began working as a sales agent for Lakeshore Realty.
In 2017, Kyle received his commercial pilot's license for small unmanned aircraft systems and began taking aerial photographs for Lakeshore's clientele. In 2019, Kyle received his real estate broker's license and is now overseeing all real estate transactions for Lakeshore Realty.
Kyle prides himself on his technical savvy, creative negotiating skills, and his determination to go the extra mile for his clients in order to get the job done. He is committed to providing quality information and advice as he guides his clients through each transaction.

Karen Fournier, Agent, Lakeshore Realty
Karen Fournier grew up in Alpena, enjoying the miles of lakeshore and woods this area has to offer. She left the area to pursue college at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Davenport School of Business.
Karen began her career in retail management with K-Mart Corporation as assistant store manager for 13 years. Her career took her to southern Michigan and northern and southern areas of Indiana. Her responsibilities included hiring staff, managing employees on a daily basis, store appearance, and merchandise display & availability. During her time with Kmart, she also opened two new stores, working with contractors on building completion and hiring and training the full staff.
Karen was able to return to the area to raise her family on Grand Lake. She quickly became involved in the community to help establish a bike path, which led to serving as chair on the Presque Isle Planning Commission and clerk for Presque Isle Township.
Becoming a Realtor was the next step in living her dream: to work in the area she loves. Karen started with Lakeshore Realty in 2005 and has never looked back!
